sorry sold out on 4/10/07 - we'll have more chalk kegs available later this month.
If you're close to Berkeley Iron works you can find them in the retail shop ;-)
Our chalk kegs are a bit larger than our regular chalk floor bucket measuring 7.5" mouth - 8" features: a brush holder, a nice big pocket and super cool colors!

new velcro closure voodoo highball 4000
My New Leopard Print Highball 4000 crash pad with our new velcro closure - 48 x 41 x 4" landing surface
Side view
Back Panel View
The bottom flap is double layers of 1680d black ballistic nylon & the side flap is one layer of the black ballistic topped with the same fabric used for the plush landing surface - extra fashion points?
While you're bouldering you can velcro the flaps out of the way on the backside - this will also keep the hook & loop (velcro) clean.
We'll keep making the buckle closure system for those of you who know & love the buckles. But if you're like me and you want a protected back panel for the extra dirty days - (spring time at the priest draw), flaps to secure the huge amounts of stuff you N E E D to take along and you want to show off your cool VooDoo fabric - here it is....

Sloperfest 2007 - Horse Pens 40
Horse Pens was awesome! It was our first trip there & we had a great time!
Over 500 people attended the 2nd annual Sloperfest Climbing Comp & Music Festival in Steele Alabama. The event raised over $5000 to split between 3 charities - The http://www.seclimbers.org/ , Children's Hospital-Birmingham, and Chandler Mountain Volunteer Fire Department.
Our fabulous host, Josh Reyes took 2nd place in the Iron man competition climbing 54 problems and racking up 20,293 points. After all that climbing He still managed to give us a tour of the classic problems on Sunday.
Everyone was super friendly – seriously, the BEST vibes - we made lots of new friends - The food was yummy, the music was great & the bouldering was AMAZING! Your feet really stick on this rock and you can’t believe the Slopers!
The party was a PARTAY. We brought a delicious keg of Sweetwater IPA – which we ran out of way too soon. Next year we have to bring more beer! We’re planning at least one more trip this fall – but we’re going to have to stay a lot longer – way too much fun for just a weekend!!!!
