Our generous hosts - Suzanne & Marc

I took a road trip to the Outdoor retailer summer show. Saw lots of cool new stuff and had a wonderful time catching up with friends! My favorite shaper, Louie Anderson met me in SLC and we had a great time hanging out and watching the Bouldering Championships put on by http://www.boulderingcomps.com/ They did a great job with the comp and the guys at Revloution & Mammut sure know how to throw an after party! The best part of my trip had to be climbing at Maple Canyon.... Cobble Heaven! It was my first time there and I had the best tour guides - Marc & Suzanne -Thanks Guys!

Summer time

Summer has been busier than usual but we've managed to get out bouldering a bunch... well, when it's not raining. The last week or so we've had great monsoons - everthing is blooming and green. The sun is out and it's about 68 while I sip my late morning coffee - just perfect! I know, it's not what you think summer in Arizona might be, but we're at 7000ft. Getting ready to hit the road for the big Outdoor Retailer Trade Show in Salt Lake City. We're not manning a booth this year but I'm looking to expand our crash pad distribution and possibly carry some new gear on our new website. It's gonna be a great time - catching up with old friends, checking out new gear & watching mad plastic pulling at the Bouldering Championships.

Scott's Road Bike

Here are some photos of Scott's new hand built steel road bike built out to 18 pounds. Frank did an excellent job - his next frame is a cross bike for Cici.

new voodoo totes

Wilene (Frank's Mom) just made a small batch of these new VooDoo totes & I'm almost out of stock! I found some cool discontinued retro fabrics a couple of months ago & we thought they would be perfect for our new bags. They're lined with a tough golf bag lining material - If you're interested drop me a line gina@voodooholds.com
Once these fabrics are gone, that's it - they're gone. I'll have to keep shopping around for cool fabrics - it's a tough job, but someone has to do it!

Okay, it's 7-23 and our new totes are sold out! - a couple of Shops in Flagstaff still have some in stock - Vertical Relief Climbing Gym 928-556-9909 & Mountain Sports Downtown 928-226-7233
When our next batch is ready I'll post it here.

Pics

Photos from a recent visit to the Priest & Howard's Draw. I'm not sure why we haven't spent more time at Howards - this is the first time any of us had been to the Whale Shark Arete & Schlotzkys roof - fun, fun, fun!
